This site has feeds from both of the available real estate listing services. So, you will get ALL of the available homes on the market right here! That's right ALL of them. Why go to another site? If it's not listed here, it's probably not for sale with a Realtor®.
You would be surprised at how often we are researching a property and find that while it doesn't come up on one of the listing services, it does show up on the other. The reason is that for the upstate area of South Carolina, agents have the option of belonging to one of two listing services. For that reason, we decided to upgrade our site for the end user, YOU!
If you are listing your home, you will want to make sure that your agent is a member of both services. If they are not, you will only get exposed to a portion of the potential buyers in your market, because many agents are not members of both services. You will also want to know what other marketing tools that your agent is planning to use to get your home exposed. Ask your agent for details before you make a selection.
